1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also accept Paypal.

2. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Of course! Our one dollar package comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. A refund will be made if the customer states valid reasons for dissatisfaction.

3. What is your network uptime guarantee?

Our network is very reliable and offers 99.9% uptime guarantee.

4. How rigid is your security protection?

Our security shield is top notch, we offer an advanced firewall, intrusion detection & protection, and real time malware detection. We also provide the customer with auto application patching, proactive defense, and reputation management. All of these services are free of charge.

5. Are there any hidden fees?

Not at all! The fees are $1 only per month as stated in the package information, nothing else.

6. What happens when disk space limits are reached?

When the 1 GB disk space limit is reached, the client may upgrade their package, receiving another 1 GB disk space for an extra $1. For example, if a client wishes to purchase an extra 1GB along with the default package, it will cost $2.

7. Can you host foreign domain names?

Absolutely! You will be provided with a nameserver that can be linked to any valid domain name.

8. How long does it take until my webserver is active?

After payment is complete, our system will instantly start preparing your webserver, and will be available for use in a few minutes.

9. How do I transfer files to my website?

Files can be transferred in two different ways. The client can either use the cPanel File Manager, or transfer the files using FTP.

10. In which country is your hosting based?

Our data centers are located in the United States. One data center is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and three data centers are located in Lansing, Michigan.
